The Ninilchik Indian Housing Programs provides services to low-income Alaskan Native / American Indians residing within our Tribal Boundary Service area, south side of the Kasilof River bridge to the head of the Kachemak Bay that have incomes at or below the 80% medium income limits established for the Kenai Peninsula Borough.

Services provided are:

Snow Removal for the Elderly (60 or older) or Disabled. $700 annually.

Emergency Assistance to prevent homelessness. $2000 Limit.

Weatherization Program. $2000 limit every 5 years

Rehabilitation Program. $30,000 limit, one per household per lifetime.

Home-ownership Program. We build a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 5star+ home within our Tribal service area for a low-income qualified family. Please see website for applications and details of the Home program.
